The Children’s Mercy Pediatric Intensive Care Unit is our 1st charitable opportunity because they gave us the care needed for our 6 week preemie baby for over 2 weeks in the hospital.  We are forever grateful for this amazing hospital and all they do, not just for us, but for every child that is in need of treatment. They are expanding the PICU at their hospital and it is going to be a massive undertaking.  They have a goal of $33,500,00.00 to increase bed count, add additional dedicated units with staffing and an outdoor place meant for parents, children, and caregivers to lounge, eat and play.  With the help of your gracious donations, it is our goal to help make a dent in the expense it is going to cost to help give every child that comes to the hospital the care they need.
